New Columns Available
Audere users just can’t get enough … columns! So, we’re adding more that you can include (or not) in your Schedule grid. Read on for details on the latest additions.
We’ve added “Status” and “Chargeable” columns to the lineup of data that can appear in your Schedule view. If you choose to show these columns in your Schedule, you’ll be able to sort data by those designations, depending on what view you’re using.
Here’s the scoop:
Status
“People” views:
- When both “Active” and “Inactive” are selected in the data filter, you can sort your schedule by status to show all active or all inactive resources first.
“Project” views:
- Default filter settings automatically hide all projects with a status of “Archived.” Make sure that label is selected in the filter if you want to include archived projects in your data view.
- Sorting data by project status adjusts your view to put all archived projects (if selected in filter settings), all confirmed projects and all tentative projects together.
Chargeable
- “People” views: Resources can’t be classified as chargeable, so this column will appear empty in both “People” views.
- “Project” views: You can sort data in both project views to show all chargeable or all non-chargeable projects first.
