Adding & Switching Accounts
Practice makes perfect! By setting up an additional trial account, you can get more comfortable using Audere without affecting your team’s data and causing widespread panic. Whew!
We know some projects are more complex than others, and you may want a chance to map things out before you start assigning willy-nilly. Or maybe you want to test a certain feature to understand it better before you apply it to your team’s schedule. Well, now you can do all of that!
Here’s how:
Add a Trial Account
- Click on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of the Schedule screen
- Click “Accounts” in the drop-down menu
- Select “Add Account”
- Give your account a name, click “Create” and start using your new trial account
NOTE: Your additional trial account will expire after two weeks. But don’t worry! You can create as many as you need to keep learning and testing.
Switch Between Your Accounts
- Click on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of the Schedule screen
- Click “Accounts” in the drop-down menu
- Choose the account you want to use
NOTE: Expired accounts will still appear in the “Accounts” drop-down menu. You need to delete an account to remove it.
